Privacy policy
This policy explains what information twinpad ("we") processes when you use the website and API (the "Service"), and why. The short version: we don't have accounts, we don't run ad trackers, and almost everything we show is public blockchain data.
1. Information we process
Public blockchain data
Wallet addresses, token balances, transactions and pool state are public on Solana. When you connect a wallet, your public address is used in your browser to build transactions and query balances. When you sign a trade we send your address to our API to construct the unsigned transaction; we do not store it.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and debugging. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling.
Launch data
If a twin is launched, the names, symbols, images, descriptions and links provided are published on-chain and on IPFS and stored in our database alongside the public token addresses. This information is intentionally public and cannot be deleted from the blockchain or IPFS.
Local storage
The site uses your browser's local storage for conveniences such as your wallet auto-connect preference and, for operators, the admin key you enter on the launch page. This data stays in your browser.
What we don't collect
No names, emails, phone numbers, government IDs, private keys or seed phrases. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: build transactions, display twins and ledgers, run the fee loop.
- To keep the Service secure and detect abuse.
- To comply with law.
3. Third parties
The Service relies on third-party providers that receive some data by necessity: our hosting provider (request logs), RPC providers (your public address and the transactions you request), wallet software (whatever you share with it), IPFS gateways (launch metadata), and Jupiter (route quotes for graduated tokens). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Retention
Launch and ledger records are kept for as long as the Service operates because they describe public on-chain activity. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and debugging.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests will concern server logs. Note that blockchain and IPFS data cannot be altered or deleted by us.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
