Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the twinpad website, its interface and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a software interface that (a) helps an operator create pairs of tokens on public Solana protocols operated by third parties (pump.fun and Meteora), (b) builds unsigned transactions that you may choose to sign with your own wallet, (c) runs an automated fee loop as described in the documentation, and (d) displays public on-chain information. The Service does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or act as an exchange, broker, dealer, adviser or money transmitter.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to use digital assets in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions or on any restricted-party list. We may geo-restrict or refuse access at our discretion.
3. Your wallet and transactions
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys and the transactions you sign. Review every transaction before approving it.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund them.
- Displayed prices, quotes and estimates are informational and may differ from on-chain execution.
- Network fees, protocol fees and the fees described in the documentation apply and are non-refundable.
4. Tokens
Tokens created through the Service are memecoins with no intrinsic value, no rights against us or anyone, and no expectation of profit. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any token, its creators or its community. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
5. Launching
If you submit a launch you represent that you own or have the right to use all names, symbols, images and text you provide; that they do not infringe anyone's rights, impersonate any person or entity, or violate any law; and that the launch is not a security or other regulated instrument in any relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for the token you create. Launch parameters are immutable once submitted.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to violate any law; to launder money or finance terrorism; to manipulate markets, including wash trading or coordinated pumping; to interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; to scrape or overload the API; to impersonate others; or to infringe intellectual property rights.
7. The fee loop
The loop is provided as an automated convenience and on a best-effort basis only. We do not guarantee that it will run at any frequency, complete any particular action, or produce any economic effect. Burns and purchases it performs are not a distribution, dividend, buyback commitment or promise of value.
8. Third-party protocols
pump.fun, Meteora, Jupiter, Solana, RPC providers and wallets are operated by third parties under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, changes or failures.
9. Intellectual property
The Service's design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as permitted by law. Token names and artwork belong to whoever supplied them.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. NOTHING ON THE SERVICE IS FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY TOKEN, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your launches, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes and termination
We may change the Service or these terms at any time by posting an updated version; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. On-chain tokens and pools continue to exist regardless of the Service.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere. You waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
